Dead Witness Votes, this will shock you!

Have you ever wondered, who is voting for all our witnesses?
I did some digging and found some shocking numbers.

What is a dead/inactive user?

I decided, users, that did not participate in an active form in the last month are 'inactive'.
What does participation consist of?
Voting and Posting.
So, any user, that did not vote or post an article/comment in the last 30 days is marked as inactive.

Results

If we just add all vesting shares of all witness voting user:
125299880869.8183 VESTS
And now let's see, how much of that is from inactive users:
29965998038.49118 VESTS
Alright, that is another huge number.
24%
Wow, 24% of all witness votes are from inactive accounts, that is quite a number.
How does this affect our current TOP 20 witnesses?

Hmpf, it didn't change that much..
Now I am a bit disappointed, I expected more here.
Well I guess we do not need to reset the witness votess of inactive user.
Maybe just for us lower ranking witnesses, below position 100.
