Witness Primary Server updated to the latest release v.0.20.11

@Yehey - Witness Server updated to 0.20.11

Primary Server

with the following hardware specifications. Plenty of room to grow.

• 96 GB RAM
• 16 vCPU
• 1 TB Harddisk
• version 0.20.10

Backup Server

• 96 GB RAM
• 16 vCPU
• 1 TB Harddisk
• version 0.20.11 - upgraded successfully but when it process block it shows 0.20.09. This is a fresh install, re-checking it again.

For the time being, Primary Witness Server rolled back to v.0.20.10.

• Pricefeed running on a dedicated server, to provide up to date Steem/SBD information.
