Proposal Progress: PR 3703 Drafted (Debian13 Trinix)

Progress Update
Last time I said "there seems to have some issues still when I ran directly the docker build command." and I have finally managed to resolve the issues. It turns out the build failed because of different set of parameters passing to Cmake - causing some warnings that fail the build.
I've now drafted PR3703 - which I'll retarget to dev branch once PR3702 is merged (one approver however a second approval is required)
Doing some testing - so far so good.
