I've pushed the Debian13 (Trinix) Image. So you can pull prebuit Debian13 image:
docker pull justyy/steem:debian13
However, the docker hub shows some vunnerabilities for the debian13 images. I'll address this.

Have you developed a tool that can convert TRON tokens from a TRON wallet to STEEM tokens, which then go directly to the Steemit Wallet?
