Proposal Progress: Compilation Failed due to OOM

Thanks for all the supporters for Proposal: Fixing Steemd Build Dependencies in the Latest OS

Progress Update

Despite that I have 15GB on WSL2 + Docker, the compilation failed and the C++ compiler killed.

It seems that I have to move this to a CloudVM for better performance.

    I have had good experiences with a colocrossing dedicated server with 32 GB.
    I built steemd for my testnet in 30 minutes on a cloud VM server from Contabo (8 vCores, 24 GB RAM).
