In some cases, varieties are fermented together to create something wholly unique. The 2015 India Ink is driven by ripe blue-black fruit aromas and toasty oak. The palate displays rich dark fruit flavors, creamy texture, and a nice tannin structure. Blend: 60% Petite Sirah, 20% Malbec, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 5% Zinfandel, 3% Syrah
