Remote Desktop/control for Windows ?

While Teamviewer seems to be a nice free-for-personal use application for remote control of a PC.
What if you are running a small business that do very few remote access, and need a free tool ?

Anyone with any suggestions that can displace Teamviewer as a remote control software of choice, due to pricing?

I am thinking about using TightVNC, but the problem is because of routers and NAT, connecting to the router's IP address isn't enough, the router needs to port forward VNC data to the PC which I want to control. Means messing with router's port forwarding stuff. not nice.
