So here are two tweets, from two different people, which are almost identical. The James Woods tweet was deleted.
I think this Twitter account may not belong to Julian Assange. I believe he actually tweets from: https://twitter.com/JulianAssange
The entire sentence sounds uncharacteristic of him.
