Here is a link to another video, the man explaining the technique speaks only in Chinese but it isn't a problem since the images are self explanatory.
Aquí hay otro video, el hombre que explica la técnica habla solo en chino pero eso no es problema porque las imágenes del video son muy explícitas.

Wǒ hěn gāoxìng rènshi ni
I am happy to know you
They're perfectly legible which is pretty good. The idea in this stage is to get familiar with the underlying logic in the stroke order. Once you have it, you should be able to guess accurately the stroke order of over 90% of the characters you master.
Regarding aesthetics, when we write we really don't think about what we're doing, most of the time we let the subconscious to do most of the hand movement. But when writing characters you "should" think each stroke you are writing in order to produce the right shape. Next time, draw each stroke separately and as slowly as you need to get the right shape. Then frame the character and mark with a point the beginning and the end of each stroke line on the frame. I'm sure that you will notice the improvement ;)
Best regards.
I practiced Japanese (casually) for a few years, so stroke order is usually instinctive. Thanks for the tip, I will try practicing each stroke individually.
Kind regards.
Awesome, so you are with some basic elements already on your backpack. I'll raise the difficulty of each practice to match the high learning speed that participants with some background in East Asia languages have.
Best regards.

Thanks for the videos and inspiration. I long have not taken out my rice paper and color. I feel inspired to practice again. Two years ago I watched endless tutorials on youtube in how to paint bamboo leaves. Watercolor is my favorite color to use.
