Wednesday Walk - Quirky Signs at the SPCA
I will be sharing some real quirky signs I took on a walk in the grounds of the Kloof & Highway SPCA (Society for prevention of Cruelty to Animals) in response to @tattoodjay's Wednesday Walk Challenge. Head on over to his post and see how you can also join in the fun.
Situated in the grounds of a large sprawling property that once used to be a farm, with the original farmhouse now converted to Marilyn's Tea Gardens. The tea gardens and various charity shops sit smack bang in the middle of a little nature reserve. I wrote a post about this SPCA some eight months ago, but with my last visit I only took photos of the quirky sign - yes I do visit here often, hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
Driving through the grounds are warning signs that speak for themselves.
I hope the guys take note of this one especially

Many signs encouraging free range - that's how farm animals should live, not so!

Unusual warning sign in the parking lot
A real creative frame made with broken tea cups and saucers - most likely items from their little charity stores that did not survive the transit from various homes to the SPCA. I can just imagine the stories those cups and saucers could tell if they could speak!
