Yesterday my #wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay goes to celebrating my mother-in-law's birthday party. My plan is to walk outside and look to the sea to look if the sea level is low tide. But before that, I never know that that time is my mother-in-law's birthday. So mean I am so much blind of what happened that day, haha and then my wife asks me today is my mother's birthday and I did haha I was shocked for a while because I forgot her birth date.

And we hurriedly returned our preparations for our mother's birthday. we want to surprise the birthday celebrant but we are not surprised because she also helps prepare food for dinner hahaha ...

Our mother did not help us prepare food but she willingly helped prepare her course. He was the first to handle the sweet & sauce fish or we called it in Visaya dialect SCABITSE and that fish we called here on our place in Visaya dialect SALIN DATO or in English leftover food for the rich hahaha... anyway I didn't know what called that fish in English. But don't worry I'll show you later the whole 3 kilos grilled fish.

This one is my son's favorite porkchop even me I like it especially the billy part of the pig. Do you know we Filipinos when it comes to my birthday or we don't like these occasions, birthday or bonding? Because we Filipinos are sweet to each other so they call us to fight elsewhere in life and not to give up on life's challenges.

So back to the birthday celebrant we were all happy because my mother-in-law reached the age of 75 and wished her many more birthdays to come.

here's what everyone is expecting, as I said earlier in the first recipe. Any call to this fish is in your area because the call to one is WRONG in Visaya dialect. Ahhh! I'm the one who grille that fish, sorry guys If I am not taking photos while I am preparing the food because that time is 6:00 PM so its dark outside. But it is ok because we have a flash camera on our phones but the mean reason is me and my wife forgot to take a photo while we are doing the preparations hahaha.

But don't worry I am here to prove it that I am not lying to all

We have sweet potato, sweet & sour SALINDATO fish we called in Visaya dialect and we have a traditional food PANSET The very most important part of our lives is the PANSET because most of our oldest said that every birthday we prepare PANSET? because panset is for long life living haha said to the oldest. Grilled SALINDATO fish and Adobong squid sweet and sour.

Simply celebration but many good memories will leave a happy moment in our lives.
before serving on a plate and preparing to the final stage we called the RUMBLE! Start with a prayer leading with her second to the last daughter Cherry. Actually we are 12 brothers & sisters so One Big Happy Family.

Together with my son, I can't wait to take a bite on his favorite seafood squid. And with his left side arm is her Lola the Birthday Celebrant. After the prayer what next? We know that right Sing a Song Happy Birthday and ask what your age again haha.

Celebrating the birthday of my mother-in-law is a remarkable moment because that is the time that we are all in together eating in one table, sharing thoughts and memories. We know that rarely this event happy because we have our own families and works so we dedicated that time to all and each one of us.

Message To My Mother-in-Law

THANK YOU!

A major challenge in married life is how you deal with your in-laws. It is said that when you marry the man you love, you marry your mother-in-law. Sometimes, package deals are still a thing; you have to be with them or don't forget their support every month especially if your spouse has a good job and she is the only one hoping for it.

I want you to know how grateful I am
in love, in your understanding and care of me.
I can't ask for anything more now that I'm with you.
I love you so much, Happy Birthday.

I have nothing else to say but thank you,
Thanks for all your love, patience and guidance for me,
I'm not perfect but you accept what I am.
I love you, Happy Birthday to you.

Thank you
