Crop farming woes steemCreated with Sketch.

Its seems hard to get the required assistance on the farm. You can work with the people you have hired. But lately as soon as you turn your back, their work rate will slow down or they will stop altogether.

Crop farming is a multi-tasking job. For example what needs to be done now is the black eyed beans needs to be weeded around so they don't get caught up in weeds, coconuts need to be treated with with pesticide to stop termites, pepper needs to be transplanted to the field as they have grown due to plenty of rain and the pomegranate seedlings need to be checked on to make sure the rain is getting through to them as they are under the trees in our nursery.

It looks like down found someone committed who has a passion for farming he has given me good advice and willing to pick up my Farm by the reins and move It forward.

He is a pineapple farmer and he's willing to bring his expertise to my Farm grow pineapple in a turnaround of 8 months and then also look after my pomegranate and coconut.
