For me, this is just the nature of Multi-Level Marketing schemes. Pretty much all of them go belly up with a whole bunch of people who jumped on late losing out.

Have never been a fan of MLM. It stinks, and people end up being treated like marks even by close friends. It's not a sustainable way to do business.
