Local people rescue a beached whale on May 25, 2016 at Diễn Thịnh Commune beach, Diễn Châu District, Central Nghệ An Province. The 14-16 metre long, 15-tonne whale was found beached early that morning. Authorities mobilised two excavators and hundreds of volunteers to help the whale return to the sea.— VNA/VNS Photo Tá Chuyên
