Trouble with uploading videos to Dtube? Help

Has anyone else been having issues with uploading videos on Dtube? I was las able to load a video on Wednesday, 3/13/19 and on that day the system gave me an error and ended up uploading the same video twice. Since then, when i try to upload, I get an error message with each upload attempt and today i was not given the option to upload my video.

Please help if anyone has an answer.
