This prophesy video gives no biblical foundations. What is he even talking about? I'll look into David Wilkerson... but scripture says to be on guard for this stuff.
Update: this guy has made several unfulfilled prophesies. Including before he died. He is almost certainly a charlatan. Or delusional....
