The reality is that technology is here to stay and it is only going to advance.
As an individual it is important to be mindful with our integration to technology as it can consume us, distract us and disconnect us to nature and our true self.
The information highway is full of knowledge so it is up to us to ensure we are aware of what we allow into our lives.
Will the advancement of technology into IOT (Internet Of Things) be our demise or will it enhance our lives for the better?
I believe it can go both ways.
As long as we have privacy, autonomy and control and can ensure that the technology we choose to have in our lives is customisable to our ideals, then I feel it is a good thing.

100% agree! Double edged sword. Technology has so many positives along with so many downfalls. Again this all fall in the duality protocol of the universe.
