Today, I just share a youtube video named "Windows Holographic Shell Demo" which is uploaded by "Windows".

In the next year 2017 it'll be available.  Terry Myerson confirmed it. He wrote on the official blog of Microsoft Windows. 

In his blog he wrote "Microsoft has reported recently that it's to bring its 'Holographic Shell' to Windows OS all around by 2017 by providing "one platform for virtual reality, augmented reality and mixed reality." Here is the full blog LINK.
