One Fish, Two Fish, A Former Red Fish, Now a Gold Fish

Just 80 days ago my account was approved after what seemed like a few weeks of waiting. I was new to steemit and had no idea what to expect nor what to post. I had been having some luck with Neo and thought hey I'll do a trivia contest and give away a free Neo as a prize. Steemit is a crypto site so giving away a free crypto worth 25 steem dollars at that time was a good way to kick open the door and say hello.

The contest was pretty basic and was only 10 questions and I thought, man I will be steem FAMOUS when this thing ends. If I am remembering correctly I only had two guys even try to answer those questions. It was a mega flop, financial flop is the better wording for it. I gave away $25 basically for .05 or so back. I did not get famous, I did not get rich. 

 My first thought, let's do another contest for even more of a prize

You see that 1st contest was not a loss at all. That was the beginning of my style, my name becoming known as one of the contest kings and the best part is I made a friend that I talk to every day in chat.  That for me was worth giving a crypto away to a guy who never owned one of that type and may or may not have been able to buy one on his own. 

That was instant value I found on steemit, being a giver, that select 5%

So now at 400 followers, I learned, I was moved into the next sized fishbowl. I am a little gold fish now. So I am going to have to come up with a little gold fish contest. This contest will be different than my previous contest and I am thinking it will involve teamwork. After all a bunch of solo fish just tend to get eaten one by one by sharks. I am looking to reward a tiny school of fish in the next contest I just need to come up with the rules and go from there.

So even as a little gold fish I am happy building my  clique on steemit and I hope I get more followers than I offend. I am just trying to be myself and have fun. I interact with a bunch of mini personalities on a daily basis and sometimes I act like a kid, sometimes I get mad like an non-adult, act like a troll/SJW but at the end of the day I don't hate anyone. I am blessed and I like that I can use steemit to give back to a large group a little at a time.
