Want a little vegetarian recipe?
Basically, the following dish is a minipizzas, with the eggplant sliced into slices representing the pizza bottom/pastry.
Ingredients/Recipe:
1x eggplant cut into slices ca. 0,4 cm (individual)
Cream cheese in all variations to spread (e. g. Indian)
2 Champions cut into thin slices then placed on the individual aubergines
Tomatoes also chopped and laid on eggplant
Olives black/green, chopped and served
Spices: Pepper, curry, herbs, chilli for those who like it hot
a bag of sliced cheese or shepherd/sheep cheese (as one likes it)
The aubergines are placed on a baking tray (with baking paper) in the middle rail at approx. 170 degrees Celsius in a preheated oven/cooker until the cheese is lightly browned. about 20 minutes
Rice for one to 2 persons (1 cup of rice, 2 cups of water)
Ready.
It's really fast, served with rice is delicious and doesn't cause any major washing-up.
