A Protein Smoothie for Breakfast

I enjoy drinking a plant-based vegan protein smoothie for breakfast in the mornings or after a workout at the gym.

The Garden of Life Organic Vegan Protein Power has 22 grams of protein, vitamins, minerals and probiotics. It is dairy-free, gluten-free free of soy, non-GMO and contains no sugar.

I generally will add almond milk, a banana, peanut butter powder, flax and chai seeds, and occasionally a little cacao power.

I have used this protein for over a year and it makes a great nutritional smoothie that is high in protein. I have adjusted to not having stevia in my protein powder, but the natural sugar from the fruit gives it a great taste. What is your favorite smoothie drink?
