Could not agree more, there are many many people who follow a plant based diet but will still purchase animal skins or products containing animal products or products that are tested on animals. They may attend animal entertainment I.E. horse or dog racing. They cannot call themselves Vegan. I actually wrote a piece on it a few months ago.

In saying all of that the more plantbased over omnivores the better. I find that these people will be a lot more open minded to veganism as a way of life.
