Surprising Common Foodstuffs most People Think are Healthy but are NOT at all healthy!

This is a follow on to my previous post about the late, great Dr. Sebi.

In that post I talked briefly about Dr. Sebi's claim that there is only one disease - an accumulation of mucus, caused by a compromised mucus membrane, caused by an over-acidic body, caused by eating man-made, hybridized, non-natural, acidic foods:

According to Dr. Sebi, many staples of the vegan diet, that most people believe to be healthy, are in fact far from healthy.

A few examples here:

Carrots (made in a laboratory - a cross between the Wild Yam and Queen Anne's Lace)

Potatoes (apart from red potatoes) (potatoes contain a lot of starch, which converts to carbonic acid in the body)

Rice (apart from Wild Rice) (rice also contains a lot of starch)

Garlic (most people believe garlic to be healthy - it's highly acidic and extremely toxic to the body - if you rub garlic on a wound, the wound doesn't heal)

And many more - I will include links to resources where people can find more information.

I almost forgot to say: all meat, all fish, all seafood (apart from seaweed) and all dairy products are toxic and NOT recommended.

Here are some foods that Dr. Sebi DID recommend:

Tomatoes (but only cherry or plum tomatoes - the large ones are genetically modified)

Bananas (but only baby or burro bananas - the large ones are genetically modified)


Mushrooms (all types except Shiitake)


Lettuce (all types except Iceberg)

For cooking Dr. Sebi recommended only Sesame Seed Oil, Grape Seed Oil, or Hemp Seed Oil. (Coconut Oil and Olive Oil are okay for eating, but shouldn't be heated up.) For boiling, natural spring water should be used.

Of nuts and seeds, only walnuts, hemp seeds and brazil nuts are recommended (in the case of brazil nuts, no more than a couple a day.)

And, of course, there are many other recommended foods - this isn't intended to be an exhaustive list - rather to pique people's interest. There is a full list on this blog page: (anything not on the list is not recommended)

People may also be dismayed to hear that many common substances taken as food supplements are not recommended. These include Stevia, Aloe Vera, Peppermint, Comfrey. And many more.

In further installments in this series I will talk about how Dr. Sebi used herbal compounds and fasting to completely detoxify the body of mucus, and cure Cancer, AIDS, Sickle Cell Anemia, Hepatitis, Blindness - in fact, every disease, of which there is really only ever one, according to the great man himself. (It's just given different names, according to which organ is affected.)

I will also talk about how he was arrested and charged with practicing medicine without a license, selling non-FDA approved medicines, and making the fraudulent claim of being able to cure Cancer, AIDS and many other diseases. Of how he defended himself in the Supreme Court of New York and.....WON!

Yep - that's the trouble - Dr. Sebi recommended foods can be hard to find, and are usually expensive. It's possible to create some delicious meals, though.
