There's more to human beings than their physical, biological expression of gender, as each man and woman carries within them both masculine and feminine traits on an energetic, spiritual level. And anarchists, those political dissidents (comprised of both men and women) who live by the eternal non-aggression principle, cultivate and express the sacred feminine principle in their non-violence and compassion towards other human beings.

The non-aggression principle (NAP) is a natural extension of the Golden Rule, and the Golden Rule is, essentially, a behavioral embodiment of the feminine, yin energy of the universe. Non-aggression, or non-violence towards others, embodies the passive qualities of the feminine principle, but passivity is not to be mistaken for apathy.

Anarchists are passive in their non-violent communication with others, but their passivity is fueled by a deep, active desire to create a better world, one that respects the inalienable rights of the individual and treats each human being as sovereign (one who is beyond the rule or command of another).

Non-action, you see, is a form of action: Choosing not to participate in or condone violence and coercion, to withdraw one's consent from the political circus, is an incredibly powerful statement. One that is rooted in universal compassion towards others and one that has the power to rock the very foundations of the Empire.

"I remember that for 100 years they have sent their armies to destroy us, and after a century of war I remember that which matters most... We are still here! Today, let us send a message to that army. Tonight, let us shake this cave. Tonight, let us tremble these halls of earth, steel, and stone, let us be heard from red core to black sky. Tonight, let us make them remember, this is Zion, and we are not afraid!"

This passive, feminine principle of non-violence, or Ahimsa, works in conjunction with its opposite but equal pole: the sacred masculine principle. To withdraw one's participation in political violence and become a dissident (feminine) stems from a burning drive for revolution, or rather, cosmic evolution (masculine).

"Resistance to tyranny is obedience to God." - Thomas Jefferson

The non-aggression principle, you see, has the feminine power to heal and transform this war-torn world of slavery, scarcity and fear, to one of freedom, abundance and love. The very existence of the state, or a ruling class, is a result of cosmic imbalance between the masculine (yang) and feminine (yin) poles. And anarchists, in their understanding and application of the non-aggression principle, seek to restore order, balance and harmony in the universe by consciously choosing to disobey political authority, having come to the conclusion that the very foundation of government is coercion.

But there is another group of dissidents, a small but growing number of men and women who have awakened their inner feminine energetic centers and have, through ruthless self-examination, concluded that all forms of initiatory aggression are wrong, especially those violent acts of aggression towards animals.

Vegans have withdrawn their support from the animal agriculture industry and have taken it upon themselves to extend the non-aggression principle to the animals, understanding that all of God's creatures are sovereign and deserve to live in freedom.

The parallels between veganism and anarchism are abundant: both vegans and anarchists disempower industrialized farming and political authority by their active non-participation. Both groups of individuals send out a powerful message of non-compliance with systems of authoritarian violence, harnessing the power of the sacred feminine to spread their message of freedom, peace and love throughout the cosmos. Anarchists and vegans stand firm in their convictions, and are willing to face what often seems like a tidal wave of abuse, ridicule and mockery from friends, family, and society. Despite this, they unerringly persist in their dissidence and resistance to tyranny, guided by the universal non-aggression principle and strengthened and rejuvenated by its feminine qualities.

The next step, however, the next leap in human consciousness will only materialize when anarchists and vegans meet on common ground. Anarchists must extend their compassion to non-humans, and vegans must embrace the freedom and self-responsibility of anarchism/voluntaryism. Rejection of political authority isn't enough, and neither is the philosophy of veganism. Anarchists and vegans must unite in their efforts to spread the message of non-violence, strengthened and nourished by the feminine, yin energy of the divine Mother, the supreme Goddess of the universe.

("The Cabbalah teaches that God (masculine) has a Spouse, Shekinah (feminine), with whom he is eternally united in love, and that together they create worlds! This is why human beings, who are created in the image of God, always seek another with whom to unite". - Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov)
