Ever cut calories, lost weight or went on one of those marathon training running programs to find you indeed lost weight, but saw little to no change in the hip, butt, and thigh region? -

Where fat is stored in the lower body, is also due to the impact of estrogen, poor blood supply, PLUS you have 9 times more fat suppressing receptors in this area, called alpha adrenergic receptors, compared to fat in your belly.

So what can you do when lowering calories does not equate to burning fat?

  1. Focus on lifestyle changes that address your unique hormonal makeup.   2. Keep your workouts short and intense (try faster training) The intense workout will have released a bunch of fat, but releasing fat is not the same as burning it. After your workout, spend about 30 to 60 minutes doing a nice slow leisure walk to continue the fat burning process in a low cortisol state
