Suggestion for telegram web/desktop log in

Telegram is trending as one of the most used messaging application worldwide, it is an open source application that has more advanced function than most messaging application. Telegram is mostly used in mobile devices. How about the introduction of web/desktop log in on telegram so it can be accessed on various browsers on a PC.
Proposal
I'm proposing that web/desktop log in be added to telegram.

The web/desktop option should be placed like this
when users click the telegram web/desktop option it will show like this
To log in the user has to select the scan QR code option and scan the code displayed on the PC browser
Benefits
This feature will enable users log in on a PC browser by scanning QR code displayed on the web page.
This feature will make the app smart and classy and easy to use on a PC.

You can use telegram on web......just type telegram web on google search and follow the steps. and besides, the contribution does not match in as the application is android source.
