This is fantastic. I love to see the platform growing in such a nice way. As a developer, I strongly support the Utopian initiative even if I can see the potential for abuse (just like with Steemit). I'm glad you guys are being responsible and trying to make a clear cut set of rules as to what should and shouldn't be accepted.
