Play jigsaw puzzle in vlc
Are you getting bored with your life at the moment? Do you want something entertaining to do? Or do you just want to challenge yourself with some puzzle? Well, VLC media player just has what you need to keep you entertain for a while. Rather than playing movies, it also has a built in game to keep you from boredom. It is a very challenging Jigsaw puzzle, you can play it while watching your movies and videos. Interested? So, lets get started!
What is a Jigsaw puzzle?
It is a puzzle consisting of a picture that is printed on cardboard/wood and cut into various pieces of different shapes that have to be fitted together but in VLC's case, the picture is the video that is playing in your player, you will have to arrange it while the video is playing. Making it a quite challenging puzzle because your reference will always be changing. This feature will provide you with entertainment and challenge if your the type of person who likes puzzles, but if you are not, then this will give you a headache.
Now, open up your vlc media player, if you still haven't installed it in your pc, I advise you to do it. You are greatly missing out the awesome features that this software provides. You can download it here; https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html. Click on the drop down menu and choose your corresponding Operating System. This will download the file automatically into your computer.
After you have downloaded it, install it to your computer and open it so that we can start playing.
Now that you have vlc installed in your computer and is ready. Go to Tools > Effects and Filters. This will open up the Adjustments and Effects window.
After you have opened it, go to Video Effects tab to open up the options for the video editing tools.
Now that you are in the Video Effects tab, click on the Geometry tab that is below it. After that tick the checkbox of Puzzle game to enable it.
Now you have the freedom to edit how many rows and columns you want to slice up your video. You can tick the checkbox of the Black Slot to enable a black background. After that is all done, just close the window and then close VLC media player to apply the changes.
After that just open up your VLC media player again and open any video file that you want then hit play. Your video is now in a jigsaw puzzle.
You can now enjoy playing your jigsaw puzzle to entertain yourself to pass time.
I hope this tutorial was helpful to you in some way. Until next time.
