Utopian 1UP: First iteration after design implementation + Bot routine

Let me start with some congratulations for @andrejcibik integration of his 1UP design! After reviewing some of the features with @flauwy and him, I ve done the following work

Bug Fixes

• Some routes were defined more than once and caused some errors. No big deal. Fixed ;p

New Features

• Post displays are now limited to the top 10
• You can now go directly to the post on either Utopian Busy or Steemit directly by hovering on the contribution. I had to make some changes on the cloud.js code for that. Thanks to @andrejcibik new design, it just looks awesome!
• I started writing the routine that will upvote the best ranked contribution every 2.4 hour. The routine will first check if the bot is at 100%. If it is it will find the best ranked post. We still need to discuss how to manage the vote (Simple WIF or SC2).

I put the all thing online so you can play with it in here. (Only last post has the right link on hover because I put the other posts before changing the cloud code).

###Future work:

• Bot vote
• Maybe direct trail from the server?
  Once everything is ready, integration of the button on SteemPlus
