Suggestion to automatically add selected text as quote when replying to Steemit comments
Suggested usability enhancement for Condenser
I propose to improve Steemit's UX and promote the adoption of quoting in comments by automatically adding selected text as quote to a new comment. Similar functionality can be found on reddit.
So what's the issue?

Quotes in comments are useful to provide context.
For example when replying to a question in a comment that contains multiple questions, quoting the particular question, followed by the actual answer helps the reader to better understand the context.
Steemit's comment functionality supports quotes in texts. Starting a line in a comment with a >
followed by a space character, wraps the following text with a HTML <blockquote>
in the output. This way, a quote has a slightly different layout than regulary text.
Adding this to a comment:
> Quoted text
Creates this output:
Quoted text
But I rarely see quotes in Steemit comments...
Despite their usefulness, I rarely see quotes being used in Steemit comments that are replying to a particular fragment of their parent post/comment, like the example above.
The following proposal aims to make it a little easier to use quotes in comment replies, based on the assumtion that an easier workflow increases the adoption of quoting.
Proposal
My proposal is to follow reddit's example in this case.
When replying to a comment on reddit, any text that is currently selected on the page will automatically be added as a quote to the comment. This way, the commenter saves a copy&paste operation and does not have to remember the syntax for quoting. The attached images show the flow of this feature on reddit.
