Partly you are right. But my has two suggestions and that is also to remove the inactive ones from the list. These are getting wasted votes which is not good for the witness community. And I made a suggestion for condensor. This most be easily implemented and does not require a big change.
That's true, so can you please update your post so that it will have only that information which is not similar to other suggestion. And also you can elaborate little bit saying why it will benefit.

How difficult can it be to list on this page all active witnesses and give everyone the same fair chance. I guess it is 1 line of code which need to change.
