About
Android MySQL Authentication App is an Authentication App for android. Member registration and login are done using MySQL database. At the same time it uses SQLite to save the information of logged in users and re-enter them.
The Volley library was used for Android HTTP requests. Php was used on the web to control requests from Android.
When the user tries to register through the application, the application sends a request to the Php server along with the user informations. If the request is true, the user information is saved in the MySQL database. And the inserted user information return to app. This incoming information is insert in the application's SQLite database. So there is no need to send a request to the server over and over again.

What feature(s) did you add?
In this update I went through RoadMap in general. First of all, I have worked on design and user profile photo. I have made updates so that users can add and update their profile picture.

Read External Storage Permission /Profile photo click for gallery image select
I grant "read external storage permission" to upload pictures from the phone's gallery. Later, when I clicked on the profile picture, I made the arrangements to open the gallery and view the selected photo.

SQLite and Mysql Database Update
I have updated the Sqlite and MySQL databases for the user profile photo feature.

I made the arrangements to upload the selected photo to our server and update the "image" and "updated_at" section of the user table in our database.

Get profile image from server / Bumptech glide library
I have made the necessary additions to bring our registered profile photo from our server. I used the Glide library for this.

According to me, this project is more of an example project than a project which has value for open source development.
Many similar examples can be found on many web pages.
I would recommend you to contribute to other open source projects or start a new one which is unique and holds value for open source.
