Power down warning shows wrong message
When steem users try to power down their steem using steemit's wallet, the following warning message is shown if the user has some SP delegated to another user and trying to power down all of his power downable SP.
You are already powering down 722.876 STEEM (0.000 STEEM paid out so far). Note that if you change the power down amount the payout schedule will reset.
You are delegating 100.020 STEEM. That amount is locked up and not available to power down until the delegation is removed and a full reward period has passed.
Leaving less than 5 STEEM POWER in your account is not recommended and can leave your account in a unusable state.
The leaving less than 5 STEEM POWER ... message is irrelevant and wrong in this case. Cause the user has some SP delegated to another user which will stay in the wallet.
Expected behaviour:
The following warning message should not be shown in the scenario mentioned above.
Leaving less than 5 STEEM POWER in your account is not recommended and can leave your account in a unusable state.
Actual behaviour:
The wrong warning message is shown.
How to reproduce:
- Go to transfer tab.
- Try to power down some steem.
OS: Windows

The delegator doesn't have use of this SP so their account would become frozen after the powerdown and they won't have the bandwidth to undelegate.
This is correct. When new accounts are made on Steemit, there is some delegation added to the zero balance, to allow the account to perform actions on the site. Having a warning like this helps uninforned users know that their account could potentially become inaccessible when trying to power down fully.
