Currently, Resteemit.com will take any steemit article and resteem it on @resteemable, from where the post is upvoted by the resteemable trail (Roughly 30 Votes).

Development Needed:
Currently, votes go out at 10%. We're seeking a developer to create a system that either monitors current vote power or counts the number of votes given in a 24 hour period. Ultimately we'd like to give a maximum of 10%
Delivery & Compensation
Create a pull request to .../gktown/resteemit then construct a post on Utopian under "Development" including links to your pull request. Once your post has been accepted, it'll be upvoted. Any future developments can also be submitted here on Utopian as per the Utopian posting rules.
