Addition of notification bar on Steemit

Hello steemians,
Notification is simply the act of notifying, thus the addition of the notification bar would help serve as a specific piece of information that serves to notify.

PROPOSAL :
My proposal today is on the addition of the notification bar to steemit. Just like any other social network, it expresses every source of information while the user is offline.

BENEFITS :
(1). The notification bar gets the user notified when one upvotes, comments or resteems his post.
(2) . The notification bar also helps serve the user with specific piece of information.
(3). It also serves as a means of getting the user updated.
(3) It could serve as a form of reminders.
(4). It also exposes one to the latest activities.

Conclusively, I believe with the addition of the notification bar would help serve lots of advantage to the steemit community.
