Load Templates/Archive from local directory

Extend UI sidebar

• the markdown's editor sidebar now starts with the files
• load all files from static/archive and static/templates dynamically into the ui sidebar
• fix "save as" titles
• render html files as well (the editor bar is still in markdown mode while the styles interfere with rendering the html in the outputer, works best if you download the file as html to preview it)

After testing out a few ways of doing it, the current approach uses the webpack directory-loader with a files-config, also in order to load the file contents I had to go for webpack's raw-loaderwith the following rules
