Another update to the Twitch bot

This is yet another update to the twitch bot I made a few weeks back.

Current features

Reply back to users when they issue a certain command.
Mod/Unmod players
Have custom commands that do things that you want when used.
Moderate your channel.
Host/unhost a channel
Announce subscribers
Announce bits/cheers

What's new with the new version

Added the command support for r9k mode on Twitch (!r9k and !r9koff)
Bot will now announce resubs on your chat when they have subscribed for more than 2 months.
Bot will also now announce everytime you are hosted by a channel and write the amount of viewers and the person who hosted you.

Will hopefully add more stuff soon.
