Task Request to add daily SBD giveaway function to PH Community Bot

KuyaBot is a support Bot for the entire PH Community on Discord.

You can find him on the SteemPH | Steemit Philippines Discord Server. I am always looking for ways to advance and increase the amount of support that it gives to the entire community.

Details

In this Task Request, I would like to add a feature to the bot where he is able to recognize and reward random users for being active participants in the community. Because my funds are limited, I would initially like for the bot to randomly select 3 individuals who are consistently chatting, supporting, or participating in events in the PH Discord Server. Recognizing and rewarding members increases overall activity and usage of our community server and will hopefully encourage everyone to support one another.

Below are the asks that I am looking for help on coding.

• All PH Community members should register with the bot in order to be considered for the daily drawing.
  -- Users should send 1 SBD to the bot for a registration fee
  -- Users should register with their Steemit account
  -- The bot should associate the Discord Account with the Steemit Account for auto payouts of daily drawing
• Bot Should randomly scan PH Discord Server for activity and generate a daily list of users that it will select from who are actively participating and joining server conversations and events. This list should be refreshed daily so that only active participants from the previous day can be selected for the current days drawing
• Bot should randomly choose 3 registered users daily to award a fixed amount of SBD to (time of day for drawing should be random) - The amount should be adjustable.
• Bot should then announce to the channel the 3 winners and auto-pay fixed amount of SBD to the winners Steemit Wallets
• When sending daily SBD prize to the winners, the bot should leave a memo congratulating that person: Thank you for being an Active Participant on the SteemPH Discord Server. Congratulations on being selected as a daily winner!

Please organize the project to allow for easy updates. Update the settings.json file so that the bot configuration for the following item can be easily updated

• SBD Prize amount

Please make sure you include detailed instructions on how to install and setup the bot.

Code should be in Javascript in order to work and be compatible with existing code.
