A functionality to increase Loading speed

I suggest that the steem blockchain should have an inbuilt functionality that allows a user to access the nearest node closer to him or her, rather than just a specific node while accessing an app built on the blockchain.

This is to avoid unneccesary browsing speed redundancy as we all know that the farther the server is to the user , the slower the speed of loading of the website.

If a functionality like this exists at the blockchian level, that will allow a user to connect to the nearest node possible,rather than just a specific node that may even be in another continent. This will really help the speed at which any of the steem blockchain data is delivered.

For instance, there are certain nodes owned by several witnesses. If I am to build an app, I would choose a node or create mine. So if a user is to access my app, he or she would be connected directly to the node my app connects to, but if there is a functionality that points a request to the nearest node since a node can be owned by anybody in the world,major and minor apps built on the steemit blockchian will automatically enjoy an unsual increase in speed during connection.

I wouldn't know how this can be implemented or what level it could be done but I sure do know I am making a point.

This same functionality is being amployed by Amazon in their Amazon Web Services and also by Microsoft in Micorsoft Azure.
