This is not a bug but a misuse of d.tube. The posts themselves or the comments aren't supposed to have style, akin to how youtube is designed. If you wish to have a stylized steem post included with your dtube post, this is done via the advanced tab when you upload.

As for the info I got on d.tube discord, comments aren't supposed to show markdown styling.

About you commenting "test comments" on random posts, instead of making your own testing posts, this behavior is ill advised. See this test post, I made it just to test your report. I expect similar effort to be made by contributors.
