Official Steem dapps supporting the secret bundle exclusive to Steemians | Part 2

Introduction

In the previous article it was explained that all of the benefits from the secret bundle in the Utopian’s Indiegogo campaign, that are exclusive to Steemians, are provided by different Steem based dapps, with the goal of enriching the experience people have when using them.

In total there are 5 different dapps providing benefits for this bundle, and so far we have covered 2 of them, Steem Monsters and SteemSTEM, but there are 3 remaining dapps that also deserve to be included in the discussion.

In this article we are going to talk about the following Steem dapps:

• Steemhunt
• Actifit.io

What is Steempress?

Steempress is a very useful tool that can integrate the Steem blockchain with wordpress blogs, it basically makes it easier for writers and bloggers to simultaneously publish their content in their wordpress websites and in their Steem blog. This can encourage established bloggers to learn about the Steem ecosystem and hopefully start being an active member in Steem based platforms.

Steempress was released last year, but they have been working on a new pro-version that will have several features such as:

custom benefactor settings for posts and comments made through their own website, as well as other benefits to be announced. ^Source

The benefit that Steempress is offering to those steemians that choose to purchase the secret bundle in the Utopian’s Indiegogo campaign will consist in a 1 month free access to all of the features that will only be available to Steempress pro users. It must be noticed that this pro version will be a paid version and in order to have access to these features users will have to pay a monthly fee in order to keep their subscription active, the price of this monthly fee is yet to be announced, but this will certainly be a valuable perk to those steemians that are constantly using the steempress plugin.

What is Steemhunt?

This dapp is about finding cool products, sharing them with the community and ultimately discussing the positive and negative aspects that these products might have. Participants are rewarded with Steem upvotes due to the value their research about new products bring to the platform, and this way, there is a sustainable activity where new content is being constantly generated, and the people behind that content is also being fairly compensated.

As its name indicates, Steemhunt is a Steem based product hunt platform, but it will also offer other services such as enabling “enable tech makers to run review campaigns to unleash product launching hype by hunters” ^Source.

The benefit Steemhunt is offering consists in “100 vouchers to use the Reviewhunt platform as soon as it is released… you will receive a voucher from Steemhunt that will instantly double up your credits for running your review campaigns” ^Source.

What is Actifit?

Actifit is a platform that rewards Steemians based on their physical activity, it has its own mobile application for both iOS and Android and the rewards can be in the form of Steem upvotes and in the form of its own AFIT tokens.

The main goal of this dapp is to encourage steemians in having constant physical activity, which is very important especially in today’s world where a lot of people spend their entire days sitting on a desk without exercising properly. With dapps like Actific, people can be rewarded simply by registering their physical activity on an application and be rewarded by its system.

The way Actifit will reward the steemians that purchase the secret bundle will be by showing the exclusive Steemian Badge on the Actifit.io activity page of the user, this way, everyone that visit the user’s page will notice the badge and realize that the person behind that account is a steemian that really cares about the Steem ecosystem and is active in his support.
