[SteemNova] Added feature descriptions ingame and FAQ correction

What is SteemNova?
Massively Multiplayer Online Strategy Game (MMOSG) for Steemians. Space Browsergame with competition between Alliances for Steem cryptocurrency.
Changes Made
The feature that shows you technologies page in the game has some brief descriptions, but thats not enough for new players to fully understand the mechanics of some features so I made some detailed descriptions to help out in understanding of those mechanics.

Also made some changes to the FAQ section because of broken english in some sections, example:

I hope this changes will help new players and help the game community to grow.
To Utopian-io team: we had dilemma if author should post this as #development, #translation, #copyright? or something else as category. Contributors in the past did post articles as translations when correcting grammar, syntax and typos.
I would like to reward people for any single contribution, even small ones - there are so few volunteers lately :/
