[ Task Request - Swapsteem ] Create a promotion bot for swapsteem

Details
Swapsteem is a peer to peer exchange for Steem blockchain. As a part of this task request, we are looking for development contributions for our bot. The task is explained in detail in below section.
Components
As stated earlier, Swapsteem is a Peer to Peer as Exchange for the Steem blockchain. We are building a platform where Steemians can directly exchange their earnings for fiat money. Since we are still in early alpha stage, we are looking forward to let the Steem community know about this awesome platform. We have noticed that many many upvote/resteem services use some automated system to promote their services via transfers to target accounts with prefixed memos.
We are looking for a developer who can help us build a bot that regularly reads the blockchain data for transfers to exchange accounts like @blocktrades , @bittrex etc. and sends promotional messages to those accounts via memos.
The details of the bot functionality will be shared with the selected candidate only.
Deadline
The task needs to completed within 3 days of approval of this TR. We will update the deadline with exact timeline after approval.
