Design concept

I am using the base jpg provided, and adding in the logo progressively, then the logos will blink and change color, then the rows recessed and back to the empty sky, then the gif loops again.

I made my slide in Powerpoint, then saved as JPG, then convert with GIPHY.com to GIF.

Step 1

I created a blink sky by cropping the Blue01.jpg and covered the text in Blue02.jpg

Step 2

I inserted a row of the blue logo PNG and removed the background of each png.

Step 3

then I inserted and replaced the blue logo with color logo PNG.

and moved them around to create a blinking effect.

Step 4

I deleted the rows of logo recessively.

Step 5

I saved as to JPG with Powerpoint. This will create one JPG for each slide.

Step 6

I go to giphy.com to convert the JPG to GIF

Step 7

I added text and effect with GIPHY

Step 8

Saved and downloaded

Hope you like this GIF.
It is easy to do the jpg with Powerpoint, as you can control and maneuver each slide as decide, you can go back and edit with easy.
