Add the simplified Chinese translation to Steemit/给steemit官方提交简体中文翻译

Today I spend some time to submit the pull request for the steemit/condenser.
For this pull request, it's the simplified Chinese translation version for steemit.com.
The traditional Chinese translation will be submitted soon.
I use Google Translate API + Human Review + Community Suggestion to finish it.

今天终于抽空把简体中文的翻译提交给官方了，这份文件在https://cnsteem.com也用了一段时间了，过程中修复了一些bug和翻译错误，特别感谢@dapeng 想出了妙笔生金这么好的标语！
我看了一下官方最近的代码，也许下一周他们就会发布更新，让我们可以选择不同的语言。
本来计划把繁体中文一块提交了，但官方前端使用了react-intl的插件，我还没有验证是否支持繁体中文。
如果有兴趣的朋友，可以在这个帖子下边留言，参考简体中文，生成繁体中文，这应该很好实现，网上有很多现成的接口可以调用， 翻译完成后，我可以帮你提交Pull Request, 然后你在utopian.io 发帖，也会得到不错的收益。
另外，大家都说cn区的冬天到了，其实有很多有助于社区的事情可以做，最简单的就是翻译。
比如steemit右侧边栏的：https:/steemit.com/welcome.html 或 https:/steemit.com/faq.html

我给 busy 和 utopian 提交中文翻译的时候参考了不少 cnsteem ，在此表示感谢。
本以为你已经把 steemit 的翻译工作做完了我就没动，原来还有啊。

I'm still trying to figure out the utopian.io that I just found out about today. I read until I got an ocular migraine this afternoon and had to stop for awhile, and I'm a little slow to catch on to some of these new ideas. I had to check out https://cnsteem.com and was amazed at how fast it loaded and reacted in my browser. I have been using the ImTranslator app in my Ghost Browser to make everything work for me and it is doing a good job so far. But I've switched almost everything but Steemit over to the "Brave" browser and I'm loving that, except for the fact that there are few apps that work on it yet. Great work on this, I wish you well with the project! Now I need to get back to studying lol, maybe soon I figure out what everything around here is for and how to use it all.
Hi Lee, thanks for your message. Very glad you try the cnsteem. Since it's developed for Chinese people, you may have some trouble with the language. But the official steemit team will release the new version to support multiple language soon. CNsteem will do the same thing too. Hope it will work for you at that time.
