Introduction
Hello everyone!
Welcome to my 31st translation for the Node.js project!
Finally I'm back after a summer vacation with my best friends in Malta!
The summer is now ending and finally begins September, the month in which I want to focus myself to my projects, including this one, and implement several awesome changes and news!
For this great return I decided to start not well, very well, so I chose a full of words and phrases file and I completed it all with a great result!

Project Details
Node.js is a JavaScript runtime built on Chrome's V8 JavaScript engine. It uses a non-blocking event-driven I/O model, which makes it a lightweight and efficient framework. I believe in open source projects and I think it's essential to work on this great project because the package ecosystem of Node.js, called npm, is the largest ecosystem of open source libraries in the world.
Given its importance, its translation into many languages is almost due.
I'll use my skills to make an high quality translation and maybe to learn something more about Node.js world.

Translation Overview
This is my 31st translation for the Node.js project.
As I said today I started and completed a new file full of pretty difficult words and sentences: onboarding.md!
This file is about what is needed to become part of Node.js Collaborators Team, because yes... Node.js allows normal users to join the team and provide support to the project! It's amazing, right?!
I met specific words and sentences but I got along pretty well and I'm happy with this start month final result: 1658 total words and 1533 clean words.
In this 31st part I translated about what happens one week and fifteen minutes before the onboarding and about the different parts that characterize it:
- Local setup
- Project goals & values
- Managing the issue tracker
- Reviewing Pull Requests
- Landing Pull Requests
I didn't know that Node.js give this great opportunity and now that I've discovered it I'll see if I could use it someway because it's really incredible!
