wrong notification shows in Dtube activity

Expected behavior
After posting on steemit, in dtube activity there should show that I posted. For example if @venommate posted in steemit, in dtube activity we saw that venommate posted.
Actual behavior
After posting on steemit, when check in dtube activity there showed I replied. But I posted.
How to reproduce
- First go to https://d.tube and log in with steemconnect.
- Now go to http://steemit.com and post anything. Then check dtube channel activity. You will see that you replied. But you posted in steemit.
- Browser/App version: Google Chrome Version 74.0.3729.131 (Official Build) (64-bit)
- Operating system: Windows 10 pro
Nice catch @razu788. The Dtube notification or activity function is acting really weird. Very similar issue related to the notification system was recently reported here. So sad to see that the PO is yet to attend to the previous issue. In the future, I want to suggest that you comment on the existing similar issue on Github when there already is a similar report made. This allows the PO to easily identify similar issues and fix them altogether.
