Meetup Functions added to the DACH - Support Bot

- What feature(s) did you add?
The bot now has the possibility to store and display the next meetup in the D-A-CH Region. This is managed by the Admins of the D-A-CH Server.
Issuing the command §nextmeetup leads to the following screen with a lot of detailed information about the event, including the planer, the links and everything.
Adding new Meetups can be directly done via discord, using the command §addmeetup followed by the informations needed.
This execution looks like this :
- How did you implement it/them?
I added a new table in the SQLITE3 Database called meetup. With this and the connection to the blockchain itself Iam using to get the profile pics for better layout Iam all set for the task.
Iam using embeds in Discord, so that I also can use markdown links in order to beautifiy the output even more.
Iam thinking on enhancing this usability even further and include more informations along the way.
The most important info pieces are already there and visible.

Both have been updated, Issues for the Meetup functionalities are now closed and project kanban updated accordingly
