Introduction

Three month ago I announced the mini contest for the Suggestions Category in one of my weekly reports. The aim of this contest is/was to incentivize high quality contributions (submitted to the Suggestions Category on Utopian), but the prize was pretty low.
In the first and second round (month) the prize was 5 STEEM, in the third round, 10 STEEM.

Community Bounty

Few days ago I woke up with this idea. Random users donating some STEEM to increase the prize.
My first thought was "Nah, nobody will donate STEEM for this" because the donors will not get anything other than the satisfaction of rewarding high quality content.
But I asked them anyway.
10 users voted and won the option Yes (50%)

A week later, some of them sent me some STEEM.
Note that in the title of the dPoll there says "at least 1 STEEM", I didn't expect too much.
In the first wave, @emrebeyler, @tdre, @blockchainstudio, @amosbastian and @leotrap sent me the total of 62 STEEM. I was pretty happy with that. The prize had increased from 10 to ~31 per month (during the next 3 months. Why 3 months? I tried to explained it here).

Then, the second wave hit me yesterday morning. @utopian-io sent me 100 STEEM and @tobias-g, @syedumair and @knowledges 27 STEEM more.

Now the prize increased from ~31 STEEM to ~73 STEEM!

Therefore, during the next 3 months you can win the double of what you could earn if one of your posts is Staff picked. Crazy, right?

Contest

So, what is the contest about?
In Utopian, we (CMs and Mods) review and score contributions according to the Utopian Guidelines.
In this contest, the contributors get points according to the score of his/her post(s).

90 - 99	4
80 - 89	3
70 - 79	2
60 - 69	1
0 - 59	0

• A contributor can submit the number of contributions that he/she wants, there isn't a limit.
• This contest is only for the Suggestions Category.

A round starts the first week of a month and ends the last week of that month.
When the round is over, I send the prize to the winner(s). 75% to the first one and 25% to the second one.
I update the ranking every week, in my weekly reports (every Friday).

Donors

The prize has two parts. My 10 STEEM and the Communty Bounty.
The Community Bounty could change every 3 months, depending on the amount of donated STEEM. Currently the total amount is 189 STEEM (see Introduction).
I split the Community Bounty into 3 months. (To avoid tiny donations and because sending donations every month is annoying, in my opinion).
So the prize for the next months is:
