[Vessel 0.2.6 Bug] Cannot Add Account to Wallet When Behind a Proxy
Expected behavior
Account should be added to wallet even if behind a proxy.
Actual behavior
Application is stuck in opening screen and the ff. error is outputted to the console:

How to reproduce
User should be behind a proxy server
- Run Vessel
- Input your Steemit.com username and password (active key or master)
- Input Wallet Password
- Input Wallet Password (Repeat)
- Click Add to Wallet
- Vessel Version: 0.2.6
- Operating system: Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit

Hello @codingdefined thank you for the review. That issue is already marked as closed (solved from what I understand), but the issue still persists, meaning most probably the cause of this error is different.
Anyway, I'll try the solution mentioned in that issue next week.

I'm not sure the proxy has anything to do with it at the moment, I'm having issues myself without using a proxy.
It seems most of the public servers that you can choose to connect with are overloaded at the moment. I had to use an obscure server to even get my balance to refresh.
